At HomyNord, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received.
Include all original parts and accessories.
Be returned, where possible, in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and the packaging.

We will assess the issue promptly and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Customers may inspect products as they would in a physical store.

However, returns may be refused or partially refunded if the product has:

Been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Been assembled or installed.
Been damaged after delivery.
Missing parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging.
Been returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale.

The original packaging is considered part of the product. If the packaging is missing or significantly damaged and this reduces the product's resale value, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items.
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons where applicable.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item (if eligible for return) and place a new order.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.

This right does not apply to products that are made to your specifications, personalized items, or other products exempt under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must meet the return conditions described above.
